"Simple Photo Book" handles user information according to the following policy.
The main features of this app run entirely on your device. We do not collect or store your personal information on our servers.
Access to photos is used only to import and edit the photos you select, and remains on your device. Photos are never sent to an external server.
This app displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use information such as advertising identifiers (for example IDFA) for ad delivery and measurement, and may share it with Google. Please see Google's advertising policies for details. This app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not track users across apps or websites (ads are delivered without cross-app tracking).
Except for the advertising provider above (Google), we do not provide your personal information to third parties.
We may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
The basic features of this app are available free of charge, while certain features and the removal of advertisements are offered through paid plans. Commercial use, resale, or modification is not permitted.
Paid plans include auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time purchase (non-consumable). Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. The specific price and plan details displayed on the in-app purchase screen and in the App Store apply.
A subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To cancel a subscription, open the iOS Settings app, select your Apple Account, and then select "Subscriptions." A subscription cannot be canceled within this app. After cancellation, you may continue to use the paid plan until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
Features obtained through the one-time purchase can be restored with "Restore Purchases" in this app while using the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies, and we cannot issue refunds directly.
Prices and plan details may change. Any changes will be announced in advance in the app or on this page.
Intellectual property rights in this app and its content belong to the licensor. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or publication is prohibited.
This app is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or completeness. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of this app.
If a user violates these terms, we reserve the right to restrict or prohibit use of this app.
These terms may be changed as needed. Updated terms take effect when notified in the app or on this page.
